When you register now till November 30, 2011, you will be rewarded as follows:

• 88 Peas
• 1 Tea or Coffee = 8 Peas
• 1 Medal for Pioneer Member

This is a total of 88+8=96 Peas or Points which will be automatically added when you register. You may redeem the coffee or tea at the Gift Exchange. For the medal, it will automatically be displayed at your member profile area. The Medal for Pioneers is an invaluable asset for you, and will be worth a lot. Note that a pea is a system geneated point and represents a token currency of exchange in the economy. Read more in the Reward section.

Voting System

There are two ways to vote a member.

Thumb Likes: Hit this if you like the looks or the member concerned in general.

Hearts: Choose the number of hearts to indicate how much you like or heart the member. Mouse over the hearts and choose the number of hearts accordingly.

The voting will be used for Contests and other purposes. We will have the respective formula to rate members for the overall score depending on the award types. In a way, the thumb is a light version but it also represents the spontaneity of the voting so it may carry different weights in different award types. The good news is voters will get to score points or earn peas when they vote, and maybe even win in the Contests.

Similarly, articles and blogs can be voted with the Star ratings. Under the title of the article or blog, mouse over the stars and choose the number of stars to give to the article concerned. So, have fun! ;)
